dc.description.abstractThis paper proposes an online learning programme in English Language for professional development for education professionals particularly primary and secondary school teachers in Namibia. The paper is divided into two sections. The first section will deal with the context in which this course will be developed and offered, and the second section will discuss the pedagogic issues that surround the teaching and learning of an online programme particularly as related to the environment in which it will be offered.en_US
